Early Morning Fingerless Mitts

So it turns out if you do too many household projects in your third trimester, it makes you too tired to do much else lol.

I guess this was a good thing because I was able to get a few knitting projects done. Most were Christmas presents, but I did make myself a new pair of fingerless gloves.

I used to have a cute pair of fingerless gloves my friend made me, but they went missing… then the other day I saw my mom wearing them. It all made sense; she really loved the gloves and borrowed them all the time and clearly just kept them.

I decided to let her keep those and make myself a pair.

I found this pattern EarlyMorning Fingerless Mitts by Erica Knudson, which was cute, simple, and quick to knit.

I used some yarn I bought 2 years ago, Red Heart Boutique Unforgettable in color Tidal. I bought the yarn because I really liked it, but never knew what to make with it, until now.

I intended to use them for household chores, like feeding chickens, but they are so cute I will have to make another pair that aren’t so cute.
